Terms of Service

By using PenTestedAI, you agree to the following terms. We've written them plainly. Please read them.

1. Authorized use only

By submitting a domain for scanning, you confirm that you own that domain or have explicit written permission from the owner to perform security testing against it. Scanning a domain you do not own or have permission to test is a violation of these terms and may be illegal under computer fraud laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for any suspected unauthorized use.

2. No guarantee of completeness

Our scanner finds real vulnerabilities — we've benchmarked it and stand behind the results. But no automated scanner finds everything. A clean scan report does not mean your site is secure. It means our scanner did not detect a vulnerability during the scope of that particular scan. You should treat our results as one layer of your security posture, not as a certification.

3. No warranty

PenTestedAI is provided as-is. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PenTestedAI (a product of DeadRatGames Inc.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including damages arising from a security breach, data loss, missed findings, false positives, or reliance on scan results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the scan in question.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PenTestedAI to conduct scans for the purpose of attacking, harming, or disrupting any service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in ways that interfere with service availability for other users. We reserve the right to suspend access for any violation of these terms without notice or refund.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
