We want you to be satisfied with your scan. If something went wrong, we'll make it right. Here's how refunds and disputes work.
Dispute Policy
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, your scan failed to complete, or you did not receive the report you paid for, you are entitled to raise a dispute. We take every dispute seriously and will investigate promptly.
To open a dispute, email us at contact@pentested.ai with your scan ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
When refunds are issued
A full refund will be issued if:
- —Your scan failed to complete and no report was delivered.
- —You were charged but did not receive any output due to a platform error on our side.
- —You were billed twice for the same scan.
When refunds are not issued
Refunds are not issued if:
- —A scan completed and a report was delivered, regardless of the number of findings.
- —You disagree with the findings or expected more results than were reported.
- —The target domain was unreachable due to configuration issues on your end.
