We keep our cancellation policy simple and transparent. Please read it before purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

One-time scans (Hammer, Sledgehammer) cannot be cancelled once a scan has been initiated and completed. Because compute resources are consumed and a report is generated at the time of the scan, no cancellation or refund is available after completion.

If your scan is still queued and has not yet started, contact us immediately at contact@pentested.ai and we will do our best to cancel it before it begins.

Subscriptions (Relentless)

Relentless subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation. Scans already completed during the current billing period are not refundable.

Exceptions

If a scan failed to complete due to a platform error and no report was delivered, please see our Refund Policy. You may be entitled to a full refund in that case.
